2020 IRS Business Standard Mileage Rates

SECURE Act Expands 401(k) Access for Long-Term, Part-Time Employees
Under the SECURE Act, employees who perform at least 500 hours of service for at least three consecutive years (and are at least 21 years old) must be allowed to participate in the employer-sponsored 401(k). These long-term, part-time employees may, however, be excluded from coverage and nondiscrimination testing requirements.
